Are there any prohibited activities for affiliates?
Yes, there are certain activities that are not permitted:
- Running paid advertisements or sponsorships that promote AuthoredUp. This includes all forms of paid ads across any platform. If you're interested in such activities, you must obtain prior approval from us.
- Using your affiliate link for personal purchases to receive a discount is not allowed.
- Offering unauthorized promotions, such as discount or promo codes, to users. All promotional offers must be approved by AuthoredUp in advance.
In the event of an unusually high number of sales, we reserve the right to request details regarding your promotional methods.
Violations of these guidelines may result in account suspension and revocation of earned commissions. If you have any questions or need clarification on permissible marketing practices, please contact us.

Upon joining, you'll gain access to a suite of marketing resources, including pitch documents, educational content, and promotional materials.
Additionally, you'll receive a monthly newsletter filled with updates and have a dedicated customer success team member to support your affiliate journey.
How do you pay commissions and when?
The minimum payout threshold is $100 USD.
Your earnings will accumulate until this threshold is reached, at which point we'll process your commission payments monthly. Payments are made via PayPal or Wise for your convenience.
